Acceptable Use and Content Safety Policy

Effective date: 31 August 2026

This Policy applies to all use of solidframe.io and SolidFrame Studio, including prompts, uploads, editing, generation, processing, exports, shared links, public projects and API use. It forms part of the Terms of Service and Public Offer.

1. Responsibility and scope

AG PLUS LLC is the contractual seller of paid access. Solidframe Technologies OÜ owns and technically operates the platform and applies technical safety and moderation controls. Users remain responsible for their instructions, source material, outputs and publication decisions.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects safety, privacy, intellectual property and the rights of others.

2. Illegal and infringing activity

You must not use the Service to create, upload, process, store, publish, promote or facilitate:

  • content or conduct that violates applicable law;
  • infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights;
  • fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, deceptive fundraising or financial manipulation;
  • malware, credential theft, unauthorised surveillance, system intrusion or evasion of security controls;
  • terrorism, violent extremist propaganda, human trafficking, illegal weapons or serious criminal activity; or
  • instructions materially facilitating suicide, self-harm or physical injury.

3. Sexual exploitation and minors

There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or content that sexualises, exploits or appears to involve a minor. You must not create, request, upload, edit, transform, store or share such material, including attempts to evade controls by describing a person as “young-looking”, “barely legal” or similar.

You must not create or distribute sexual violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualised depictions of a real person without consent, or material used for sextortion, harassment or exploitation.

Serious suspected violations may result in immediate restriction, preservation of relevant records and reporting to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.

4. Deception, impersonation and deepfakes

Synthetic or edited media must not be used to deceive people about a material fact, impersonate a real person without appropriate permission, commit fraud, harass or defame, falsify evidence, or interfere unlawfully with elections or civic processes.

Where context requires, you must clearly disclose that material is synthetic or materially altered. Satire, fiction, authorised production and legitimate creative work may be allowed when they do not create a prohibited risk.

5. Hate, harassment and violence

You must not use the Service to threaten, stalk, target or harass a person; praise or encourage serious violence; or promote hatred or dehumanisation against a protected person or group. Documentary, educational, journalistic and counter-speech uses may be permitted when the context and presentation do not promote harm.

6. Privacy, likeness and biometric material

Do not upload or process another person’s personal data, private communications, face, voice, medical information or confidential material unless you have a lawful basis and all necessary consents or rights. Do not use the Service to identify, track or profile a person unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

You must have the rights needed for music, footage, images, logos, characters, scripts, datasets and other source material. Do not remove rights-management information or use the Service to reproduce protected material beyond applicable permission or legal exception.

Rights holders may use the Copyright, Illegal Content and Takedown Policy to submit a notice.

8. Regulated and high-impact uses

Do not rely on generated material as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or safety advice. You may not use the Service to make a solely automated decision about another person’s employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal rights or access to essential services where prohibited by law.

Political advertising, regulated financial promotions, medical claims and other regulated communications must comply with all applicable disclosure and approval requirements.

9. Platform abuse

You must not:

  • bypass or manipulate credit accounting, rate limits, moderation or access controls;
  • scrape the Service or extract data except through an authorised interface;
  • reverse engineer, probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorisation;
  • overload, disrupt or damage the Service or another user’s account;
  • share credentials outside an authorised team;
  • use automated accounts or API calls beyond published limits; or
  • falsely report content or abuse the complaint process.

Good-faith security reports should be sent to info@solidframe.io and must not involve destructive testing or access to another person’s data.

10. Enforcement

Solidframe may use provider filters, automated detection, usage logs and proportionate human review. Depending on severity, history and risk, action may include:

  • refusing or stopping an operation;
  • warning the user;
  • removing or restricting public content;
  • restoring or withholding credits according to the Terms and Refund Policy;
  • limiting a feature, API key, device or account;
  • temporary suspension or permanent termination;
  • preserving evidence; or
  • reporting to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate for serious harm.

Except in an emergency or where notice is legally prohibited, we aim to provide a reason for material restrictions and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Enforcement should target affected content or functionality where reasonably possible.

11. Reporting and appeals

Report prohibited or illegal content to info@solidframe.io with the URL or project identifier, an explanation, relevant law or right if known, and your contact information. Copyright notices should follow the Copyright, Illegal Content and Takedown Policy.

To challenge a moderation decision, reply to the notice or email info@solidframe.io within 30 days. Identify the decision and explain why it should be changed. A person not solely responsible for the original automated flag will review the appeal where reasonably practicable.

12. Changes and language

This Policy may be updated to reflect law, provider restrictions and Service risk. Material changes will be notified where appropriate.

This Policy is issued in English. A Russian translation may be provided for convenience. If the translations differ, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory law.
