Copyright, Illegal Content and Takedown Policy

This Policy explains how to report copyright infringement, illegal content or other rights violations involving material stored, shared or published through SolidFrame Studio.
1. Responsible contacts
Solidframe Technologies OÜ owns and technically operates the platform and receives content and moderation notices at info@solidframe.io.
AG PLUS LLC is the seller and merchant of record for paid purchases. Billing or refund questions relating to a moderation decision should be sent to info@4teen.me.
2. Good-faith notices
Anyone may report material they reasonably believe is illegal. A rights holder or authorised representative may report material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or another legal right.
A notice should include:
- your full name and reliable email address;
- whether you are the affected person, rights holder, authorised representative or another reporter;
- the exact URL, public project identifier or other information sufficient to locate the material;
- a clear explanation of why the material is illegal or infringes a right;
- the country and legal rule involved, if known;
- for intellectual-property claims, identification of the protected work or right and evidence of ownership or authority;
- any relevant screenshots or supporting documents; and
- a good-faith statement that the information is accurate.
Do not send complete payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive information. Knowingly false, abusive or repetitive notices may be rejected and may lead to restrictions.
3. Copyright notices
For a copyright report, identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, and explain why the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or law. Include a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If United States law applies to a specific notice, you may include the statements and signature required by 17 U.S.C. §512. This Policy is not a representation that the Service is established in the United States or that every notice is governed by US law.
4. Processing a notice
Solidframe may acknowledge receipt, request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict access while investigating, or forward the notice to the user who provided the material, unless doing so would be unlawful or create a material safety risk.
Notices are reviewed in a timely, diligent, objective and proportionate manner. The assessment may consider the information supplied, apparent illegality, applicable exceptions, public interest, territorial scope, urgency and risk of harm. A notice that lacks enough information to identify the material or legal issue may not create actual knowledge of illegality.
Possible outcomes include no action, geographic restriction, age or visibility restriction, removal, account warning, suspension, evidence preservation or referral to competent authorities.
5. Notice to the affected user
Where permitted, the affected user will receive a clear statement of the restriction, the factual and contractual or legal basis, whether automated tools were materially involved, the territorial scope and available appeal route. Notice may be delayed or omitted where prohibited by law, necessary to protect an investigation, or required to prevent serious harm.
6. Counter-notice and appeal
A user who believes material was restricted by mistake may reply to the decision notice or email info@solidframe.io within 30 days. The appeal should identify the material and decision, explain why the content is lawful or authorised, and provide supporting evidence.
For a copyright counter-notice, state the basis for authorisation, licence, ownership, public-domain status or legal exception. Where a legally prescribed counter-notice process applies, additional declarations may be requested.
Appeals will receive proportionate human review where reasonably practicable. Reinstatement may occur if the original basis was insufficient or the user establishes a lawful right.
7. Urgent and authority requests
If a report concerns imminent danger, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, human trafficking, terrorism or another serious emergency, clearly mark it URGENT and contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority as well as info@solidframe.io.
Orders or requests from public authorities must identify the authority, legal basis, scope, affected content or account, and official contact. Solidframe and AG PLUS may verify authenticity and challenge an overbroad or unlawful request.
8. Repeat abuse
Accounts that repeatedly provide illegal or infringing content may be restricted or terminated after considering the number, severity, timing and context of violations. Reporters who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded notices may also be restricted. Measures will be proportionate and will respect mandatory law.
9. Evidence and privacy
Notice and moderation data are processed under the Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with the affected user, rights holders, advisers, service providers or authorities where necessary and lawful. Records may be retained to resolve disputes, prevent repeated abuse and comply with legal duties.
10. Billing consequences
Content removal or account restriction does not automatically create a refund. AG PLUS will apply the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law. Technical failures and content-policy violations are assessed separately.
11. Language
This Policy is issued in English. A Russian translation may be provided for convenience. If the translations differ, the English version prevails, subject to mandatory law.
