This Cookie Policy explains how solidframe.io and SolidFrame Studio use cookies, local storage and similar technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

1. Who uses these technologies

Solidframe Technologies OÜ technically operates the website and application and is responsible for authentication, sessions, projects, platform security and technical preferences. AG PLUS LLC is the seller and merchant of record and may receive checkout, consent and transaction information necessary for billing and compliance.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and similar technologies can store identifiers, settings or security information on a device. Some are set directly by solidframe.io; others may be set by a service provider shown in the relevant interface.

3. Categories

Strictly necessary

These technologies are required to provide a requested service and may support login, session continuity, account security, load balancing, fraud prevention, checkout state, consent records and recovery from technical errors. Disabling them may prevent the Service from working.

Functional

These remember optional preferences such as interface settings, language, workspace state or display choices. Where law requires, they are used only after consent.

Analytics and performance

These help measure visits, errors, performance and feature use. They may use aggregated or pseudonymous identifiers. Optional analytics will not be activated before any consent required by law.

Marketing or advertising

These would be used to measure campaigns, build advertising audiences or personalise advertising. They will be disabled by default unless introduced, clearly disclosed and activated after legally valid consent.

4. Current deployment

The public website currently requires core browser and authentication storage for account and security functions. The production cookie banner and cookie inventory must identify every optional analytics or advertising technology actually deployed. This Policy does not name an unconfirmed vendor.

AG PLUS’s banking and acquiring payment partner is “Kapitalbank” JSCB, Uzbekistan. Kapitalbank or a separate gateway, wallet or card-network participant presented at checkout may set necessary security, fraud-prevention or checkout technologies when you open its interface. Each provider supplies its own cookie and privacy information where applicable.

5. Your choices

Where a consent banner is available, you may accept, reject or customise optional categories and later change your choice through “Cookie settings”. Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent access to core functions.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may log you out, prevent checkout or impair security and project functions.

Consent withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. A necessary cookie may remain to remember your privacy choice or prevent repeated prompts.

6. Retention

Session technologies normally expire when the browser session ends. Persistent technologies remain for the period shown in the production cookie settings or until deleted. Security and consent records may be retained separately for a reasonable compliance period.

7. Do Not Track and similar signals

Browser privacy signals are handled where required by applicable law and technically supported. Because standards differ, the cookie settings interface remains the primary control for optional technologies.

8. Changes and contact

The production cookie inventory should be updated whenever a technology, purpose, provider or retention period changes. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date.
